We believe in providing top-notch gymnastics classes for children of all ages and levels. Our classes are designed to cater to all ages and levels. With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their gymnastics skills and build their confidence. BEGINNER II

1 Hour Class

Ages 4+

The Beginner II gymnastics class is designed to help athletes build on their foundational skills and prepare for the Intermediate I level. Athletes will focus on mastering more advanced introductory skills that require increased strength, coordination, and control. In this class, gymnasts will develop the strength needed for pulling, pushing, and weight shifting on the bars, as well as practice various jumps and unilateral skills on the beam. They will also work on perfecting cartwheels, bridge backs, and other floor skills, while being introduced to running and jumping drills on the vault and trampoline.


Classes are held once per week, with the option for athletes to sign up for additional sessions to accelerate their progress.

INTERMEDIATE I

1 Hour Class

Ages 4+

Intermediate 1 will challenge your athlete to further advance skills on a new level. Athletes learn to perfect skills previously taught and learn to connect pull-overs to casts and circling movements on bars. They learn to perform basic turns, jumps, dance, and scale holds beam; initiate forward/backward movements, begin adding leaps/dance skills on floor, and learn a 2 foot approach with speed increased surface height on vault.  They will utilize trampoline for engaging in body control and stregthening skills to further excel their skill-set.  Classes are 1 hour long, once per week. Gymnasts can also choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

INTERMEDIATE II

1 Hour class

Ages 5+ years

Intermediate II is geared towards first phase of learning to mount and dismount an apparateus while learning elements of their routines.  The focus of skills will be connection of skills such as cast to backhip circles on bars, leaps and jumps on beam, round-off to backhandspring on floor, and increased power and technique on vault.  Trampoline will be utilized for increased body shaping and accuracy with jumps. Classes are 90 minutes long, once per week. Gymnasts can also choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

HOT SHOTS

90 Minute Class

Ages 5+ years

Hot Shots is oriented towards preparing athletes in skills necessary for Competative Team Gymnastics.  Athletes at this stage focus on learning to connect various skills, dance, tumbling in order to perform routines on bars, beam, floor, and vault.   This stage is very crucial for athletes to learn how to utilize their strength after mastering skills and evolve with necessary power to prepare to compete.  There is also an increased emphasis on body shaping drills as well as strength and conditioning in order to achieve these goals.  You will begin to see your athlete flourish when they perform these routines at our Annual ShowCase.  Classes are 2 hours long, once or twice per week.

Homeschool Girls/Boys

1 Hour Class

Ages 6+ years

Homeschool Program is offered as supplement class for both boys and girls to provide a gymnastics based class that also provides general physical education to develop athletic skills. Athletes will learn basic skills of gymnastics on each apparateus similar to Beginner II class level.  The class also teaches general athletic development skills such as rope climbs, push ups, pull ups, plyometrics and strength and conditioning.  Classes are 1 hour long, once per week. Gymnasts can also choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

BOYS GYMNASTICS

1 Hour Class

Ages 6+ years

Our boys gymnastics classes are perfect for young athletes eager to develop strength and coordination while exploring all six men’s events: floor, high bar, rings, parallel bars, vault, and pommel horse.

TUMBLING

1 Hour Class

Ages 6+ years

Tumbling classes are designed to teach students the basics of acrobatics, gymnastics, and tumbling techniques, which can improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.  These classes are popular for children who are looking to build their skills in flipping, rolling, and other gymnastic movements.
