Can my party have the full two hours for free time?
Absolutely! Please let us know in advance so our staff can plan accordingly.

Do I get access to the entire building?
If you are booking a party on the JC gymnastics side, you will have access to the entire recreational area, competition team equipment, foam pit, rock climbing wall, climbing ropes, and trampolines!

Can the parents use the equipment during birthday parties?
Unfortunately, due to liability concerns, we cannot allow adults on the gymnastics equipment during parties.

Is there a specific time for eating?
The last 30 minutes are reserved in the party room. Participants cannot continue playing in the gym area after eating to ensure safety and allow our staff time to prepare for the next party.

What should participants wear?
Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for gymnastics, such as leotards or athletic wear. Socks may be slick on some equipment. Shoes are not permitted and cubbys are provided for belongings.

Is there a deposit required to book a party?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required to secure your party date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.

Where do I pay my remaining Balance?
You can pay both the deposit and remaining balance through our online portal. Alternatively, you may also pay with cash, check, or card on the day of the event.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
For details on rescheduling, or cancellation fees, please reach out to us via email.

Can I bring my own decorations?
Absolutely, we want your party to be unique to you! We do not allow tape on the walls unfortunately, so keep that in mind when picking out decorations.
